RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but here’s what you need to know in case something doesn’t go as expected:

• No Inspection at the Door: Our couriers are instructed not to wait while you check or try on items. All packages must be accepted as-is, without opening them in front of the delivery person.
• Opened Package: Once the package is opened, the item is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Issues? You Have 2 Days: If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a defective product, you have 2 days from the delivery date to contact us through instagram's DM.
• How to Reach Us: Just send us a direct message on Instagram with your order number and the issue, and we’ll guide you through the refund or exchange process.
